Residential Closing preparation services (performed in compliance with ALTA best practices):
- Full service (being defined as processing of transaction from receipt of executed contract through closing of title, document preparation, communication with all parties , post closing return of lender package, copies to client, title policy preparation)
- Partial service (being defined as processing of transaction after matter has been scheduled with all concerned parties. Organization, document preparation and processing of file, communication with all parties to proceed to closing and title policy preparation)
- Limited Service (being defined as document preparation only-HUD-1 Preparation and submission, disbursement statement)
Commercial closing preparation can be arranged at an hourly or flat rate depending on your needs

Recording and rundown services:
We will perform a title rundown and record your legal documents within the greater Litchfield/New Haven County area for a flat fee. Recording fees charged by the municipality are not included in our fees.
Exclusions from services:
- Legal review of documents
- Contract negotiations
- Check writing/wire confirmations
- Fund advances of any kind
- Subordination Agreement requests (available as an additional service)
- Post closing issues (not created by services rendered by Per Diem Paralegal, LLC)
- 1099 Reporting
- Attendance at closing of title to perform exchange of documents or notary services (available as an additional service)
- Document recording (available as an additional service)
